CIK对卵巢癌及其耐药细胞的杀伤作用

摘要 目的探讨细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)对卵巢癌细胞(SKOV3)及其耐药细胞(SKVCR)的体外杀伤效应。方法用健康志愿者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)在体外应用多种细胞因子诱导成CIK细胞,流式细胞术分析其表型特征,CIK分别作用于SKOV3及SKVCR 24 h和48 h后,CCK8法检测不同效靶比下的细胞吸光度(A)值并计算CIK对各组细胞的杀伤效应。结果 CIK细胞对SKOV3及SKVCR的杀伤效应随效靶比的增加及作用时间的延长而增强(P<0.05)。在同一作用时间、相同效靶比时,CIK细胞对于SKOV3和SKVCR的杀伤效应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 CIK对卵巢癌及其耐药细胞有较强的杀伤作用,具有一定的临床应用价值。
