摘要
介绍了超声波在纳米复合电沉积技术中的应用,阐述了超声波对镀层的表面形貌、显微硬度、磨损量、耐腐蚀性能等的影响,并总结了该领域的研究现状。超声波在电沉积过程中能够有效缓解纳米粒子在镀液中存在的问题,细化金属晶粒,增加纳米粒子在复合镀层中的复合量,改善纳米复合镀层性能,因此在纳米复合镀层领域中具有广阔的发展前景。
The application of ultrasonic in nanocomposite electrodeposition was introduced in this article, and the effect of ultrasonic on the coatings of the surface morphology, micro hardness, wear loss weight and corrosion re- sistance in the process of electrodeposition was described. The ultrasonic wave in the electrodeposition process can ef- fectively alleviate the problem of nanoparticles in the plating solution, refine the metal grains, increase the content of nanoparticles in composite coatings, improve the properties of nanocomposite coating. Thus, it had a broad develop- ment prospect in the field of nanocomposite coating.
