摘要
针对井下使用的湿式除尘系统体积较大,安装较为复杂,对可吸入粉尘抑制效果一般的问题,研发了一款体积小,效果良好的机载干式除尘系统。重点介绍了该除尘系统孔口吸尘罩设计、一级旋风除尘器设计、二级滤筒过滤器设计,并进行了正循环干式除尘装置机载集成及试验。试验效果证明,研制的新型机载除尘系统安装于底板锚固钻机上,可降低粉尘污染,改善作业环境,提高作业效率。
Aiming at the large volume,complicated installation and poor removal effect of respirable dust of underground wet dust removal system. A small- size and effective dry dust removal system is developed for coal mine underground drill rig. The design of dust suction hood,first- level cyclone dust collector and second- level filter cartridge are introduced.The direct cycle dry dust removal system is installed and tested,and the result shows that,the dust pollution is controlled improving the working environment and operation efficiency,with the system installed on floor anchor drill.
