摘要
采用紫外光谱法研究了羟基六元瓜环与磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶钠盐和磺胺嘧啶钠盐的分子识别作用。利用直线拟合法确定了羟基六元瓜环与这两种磺胺形成包结物的化学计量比,计算了主客体在不同温度下的包结稳定常数Ks,同时得到包结过程中的焓变ΔH、熵变ΔS和吉布斯自由能变ΔG。结果表明,羟基六元瓜环与磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶钠盐和磺胺嘧啶钠盐分子均形成1∶1型的包结物,包结过程是焓驱动且自发放热的。主客体之间的电荷-偶极和疏水作用是主要驱动力。
The inclusion interaction of hydroxyl cucurbit[6]uril with sulfadimethoxine sodium salt or sulfadiazine sodium salt were studied by UV spectra. The complex constants of hydroxyl cucurbit[6]uril with sulfadimethoxine sodium salt or sulfadiazine sodium salt were determined according to the Benesi-Hildebrand at different temperature. The enthalpy change( ΔH),entropy change( ΔS) and Gibbs free energy change( ΔG) were calculated. The results showed that the ratio of the inclusion complexes formed is 1∶ 1.And the process of the inclusion is an enthalpy driven and spontaneous self-exothermic. The main driving force are charge-dipole and hydrophobic interaction between host and gest.
