摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在门诊医疗质量管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年1—12月,在某军队医院门诊部进行医疗质量PDCA循环管理探讨。比较实施前后的患者满意度及医疗文书质量。结果 PDCA循环实施后患者满意率明显高于实施前(x2=38.71,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;门诊病历及处方书写合格率均明显高于实施前(x2值分别为6.47和4.89,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环管理法可规范管理流程,提高医院门诊医疗质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in medical quality management of outpatient department. Methods From Jan 2014 to Dec 2014, PDCA cycle was used for medical quality manage- ment of outpatient department in a hospital. Patient satisfaction and medical record quality were compared before and after the implement. Results The patient satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that before the imple- mentation of PDCA cycle (x2 = 38.71 ,P 〈 0.01 ). The qualified rates of outpatient medical records and prescrip- tions were also higher than those before the implementation (x2 = 6.47,4. 89, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PDCA cycle management could standardize the management process, and improve the hospital outpatient medical quality.
