基于供排协调的抽油机采油井智能控制系统 被引量:4

摘要 抽油机采油井的产量取决于油井产能和抽油泵排量两个方面。根据抽油机井采油供排协调原理,分析油层子系统向井底的供油能力和抽油机采油子系统排出能力之间的协调关系,建立了以保持恒定泵沉没压力为限定条件的供排协调冲次自动调节模型。采用油井工作状况实时监测数据,计算得到沉没压力。根据与设定沉没压力比较的差值大小调节电机供电频率,自动控制冲次,实现油井恒定泵沉没压力条件下的供排协调,从而使采油系统自动适应产能变化,使油井处于稳定生产状态。采用研究的技术能够实现稠油热采井、二氧化碳吞吐井等产能变化油井智能自动调参生产。该技术在油田现场进行了试验,对油井应用实例进行了分析。 The production rate of pumping wells is determined by the productivity of the well and the displacement of the pump. Based on the theory of the supply-discharge coordination of pumping wells,the relationship between supply ability of reservoir subsystem and discharge ability of pump subsystem was analyzed and a model which can adjust pump speed automatically was established to keep supply and discharge coordination and to maintain a constant pump submergence pressure. The actual submergence pressure is calculated on the basis of the real time monitoring data,the power frequency of electric machinery and pump speed are adjusted according to the difference between actual submergence pressure and the setting value,so the supply-discharge coordination and a constant submergence pressure are realized and the production system can adapt to the change of productivity and work in a stable state. The suggested technology can be used to adjust parameters automatically on the heavy oil thermal recovery wells and carbon dioxide huff and puff wells whose productivity will change periodically. This technology has been tested successfully in the oil field,and the application case is analyzed in this paper.
