摘要 随着桥梁建设水平的突飞猛进和新技术的不断应用,很多大型桥梁结构建成通车,与此同时,桥梁的运营管理和养护问题也日益严重。在总结概括多座大型铁路桥梁运营管理体制和养护维修情况的基础上,对京沪高铁大胜关长江大桥和郑焦城际铁路郑州黄河大桥两座典型桥梁的运管现状进行详细分析,对今后大型桥梁运营管理提出了建议,完成大型铁路桥梁运营管理分析及对策研究。研究结果表明:目前我国一些大型铁路桥梁的运营管理在管理体制、养护维修现状、设计及施工影响、桥梁自身状况、检测技术及手段等多方面还值得进一步探讨,通过采用现代化管理手段、先进的信息技术、检测技术和数字化技术,建立现代化的桥梁运营管理体制和现代化大型桥梁管养体系,通过预防性、数字化管养,实现养护管理的技术升级与管理模式的转变,是提高大型桥梁运营管理水平、养护管理质量、保证桥梁结构正常使用性能的发展方向。 With the rapid development of bridge construction and the continuous application of new technologies, many large-scale bridges have been built and opened to traffic. At the same time, the problems in the service and maintenance of bridges are becoming increasingly serious. Based on the summary of the service and maintenance of many railway bridges, detailed analysis of the service management of two typical bridges is conducted. The two typical bridges are the DaShengGuan Changjiang River Bridge ( on the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway ) and the Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo intercity Yellow River Bridge. The condition analysis and countermeasure research of large-scale railway bridges are completed. The results show some deficiencies in management system, maintenance, design and construction interference, inspection techniques and means for large-scale railway bridges. Preventive management, digital maintenance management, technology upgrading of maintenance management and change of management mode can be achieved by adopting modern management methods, advanced information technology, testing technology and digital technology, which indicate the development trend to improve service management level and maintenance quality, and ensure normal service of structures of large-scale bridges.
