摘要
利用顶空-固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)吸附泰国芫荽与云南芫荽不同器官中挥发性成分的组成。经气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析测定,并用峰面积进行归一化定量,泰国芫荽与云南芫荽分别鉴定出40种和31种化学成分,其中泰国芫荽从根、茎和叶分别鉴定出21、33种和35种,分别占总峰面积的92.18%、91.35%和93.15%,而云南芫荽分别从根、茎和叶鉴定出16、17种和30种,分别占总峰面积的94.10%、92.66%和98.66%。不同器官主要挥发性成分具有相似性,即醛类和醇类,其中,2-十二烯醛为二者共同特征挥发性成分。泰国芫荽根中主要成分为2-十二烯醛和1-乙烯基-环十二醇,茎和叶中主要成分为2-十二烯醛;云南芫荽根中主要成分为2-十二烯醛,茎和叶中主要成分为2-十二烯醛和和1-乙烯基-环十二醇。
The volatile compounds in different plant organs of Eryngium foetidum L. and Yunnan Coriandrum sativum L. were extracted by using head-space solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME), and analyzed by gas chormatograph-mass spectrophotoerter(GC-MS). A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements. 21, 33 and 35 volatile were identified in root, stalk and leaf, which the contents of were 94.10 %,92.66 % and 98.66 % of total area peak, respectively. The volatile compounds in different organs have similarities, which are aldehydes and alcohols. 2-dodecenal was the specific volatile compounds in both Eryngium foetidum L. and Yunnan Coriandrum sativum L. 2-dodecenal and1-ethenyl-cyclododecanol are the main volatiles in root of Eryngium foetidum L., while 2-dodecenal in both stalk and leaf.In Yunnan Coriandrum sativum L., 2-dodecenal is the main volatile in root and stalk, and 1-ethenyl-cyclododecanol in leaf.
