架空输电线路走廊烟火的视频检测技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 架空输电线路运行环境复杂,线路通道内的烟火造成的外力破坏日益增多,研究了基于视频多特征融合技术实现输电线路通道烟火预警方法,以有效消除云影、树阴、光照和背景对检测结果的影响。采用了混合高斯建模法实现运动目标检测过程中的背景建模。采用移动目标跟踪、运动目标质心运动曲线分析、运动目标轮廓变形系数分析和前景图像灰度直方图统计参数计算等得出运动目标的视频特征。设备运行和故障模拟实验表明,本方法有效实现了架空输电路线复杂背景条件下的烟火预警。 The operating environment of overhead transmission lines is very complex.External damages caused by fire and smoke have become increasingly frequent in transmission line corridor.The multi feature video detection fusion technology is studied to realize the overhead transmission line channel fireworks early warning,thus to eliminate the clouds,shade,lighting and background effects on test results effectively.Gaussian mixture model method is used to model complex background of overhead transmission line environment.Multi-target tracking,moving object centroid motion curve and object contour deformation coefficient analysis,foreground image histogram statistical parameter calculation are adopted.Actual operating and fault simulating experiment show that this method realizes early warning of fire and smoke for overhead transmission line under complicated background conditions.
