降低转杯纺全破籽配棉品种长粗节纱疵的攻关

摘要 通过客户反馈和对库存纱测试实际情况,对产生长粗节纱疵进行分析,并对转杯纺工序制定技术措施,得出每盘配棉破籽含杂控制在8.2%以内,破籽含杂控制在12.5%以内,严禁将超过12.5%的破籽投入生产,保证熟条含杂控制在1.0%以内,保证扫车进度和扫车周期,减少气流纺长粗疵点的发生,追踪处理落后锭子和对电清没有把住的长粗节的处理,减少气流纺千锭时断头,提高效率保证质量。 The causes of long slubs defects were analyzed. The technical measures of rotor spinning process were proposed. The re- sults showed that the impurity rate of broken seed for each cotton assorting should be controlled below 8. 2%, the impurity rate of broken seed should be controlled below 12.5%, and the impurity rate of draw sliver should be controlled below 1.0%. The cleaning progress and period were controlled to reduce the long slubs faults of rotor spinning. The long slubs faults missing in electronic clear- ing process were tracked and proceeded to reduce the yarn breaking rate and improve efficiency to ensure quality.
