早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用常频呼吸机与高频呼吸机治疗的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较并分析常频呼吸机和高频呼吸机对早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年10月收治的134例早产儿伴随呼吸窘迫综合征的患儿作为研究对象,对照组予以常频呼吸机进行治疗,观察组予以高频呼吸机进行治疗,观察并比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论临床上治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征,采用高频呼吸机治疗效果更为明显,可提高治疗有效率,促进患儿的呼吸功能改善。 Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of normal frequency and high frequency ventilation in preterm infants with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Selected 134 cases of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome from March 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital as the object of study, the control group of patients treated with conventional frequency respirator treatment, the observation group to be high frequency respirator treatment, observe and compared between the two groups of children with therapeutic effect. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion Clinical treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome, using high-frequency ventilator therapy effect is more obvious, can improve the treatment efficiency, promote the improvement of respiratory function in children.
