摘要
目的研究美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果作用。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月在我院接受治疗的68例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组34例,其中对照组行美托洛尔治疗,实验组行卡维地洛治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率为91.18%、70.59%,实验组总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05;实验组LVEDd、LVESd、LVEF等心功能指标改善程度均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论在慢性心力衰竭中运用美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗均具有一定的疗效,但卡维地洛效果更佳,有助于患者获得更好的治疗。
Objective To study the effect of the role of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
