摘要
目的分析心脏手术患者围术期护理过程中应用临床路径的效果。方法对照组选择2013年1月~2014年1月的100例围术期心脏手术患者,为其进行常规护理管理;护理组选择2014年3月~2015年3月的100例相同情况病患,使用临床路径进行护理管理。比较两组患者的手术效果及护理满意度。结果护理组住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症情,均优于对照组。同时护理组满意度高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床路径护理管理在心脏手术患者围术期发挥出了显著的作用,可以起到良好的手术辅助和疗效促进作用。
Objective To analysis of cardiac surgery patients perioperative nursing in the process of application effect of clinical pathway. Methods Selected 100 cases of perioperative cardiac surgery patients from January 2013 and January 2014 in our hosptal, for their routine nursing management as the control group, selected 100 cases of patients with the same situation from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hosptial, using clinical pathway for nursing management, nursing group. Compared two groups of patients with surgical effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing group of patients from the length of hospital stay, hospital expenses, postoperative complications, nursing group, significantly better than that of control group patients. And nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group patients, P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance. Conclusion Clinical pathway in cardiac surgery patients perioperative nursing management play a significant role, can play a good auxiliary operation and curative effect.
