摘要
目的探讨激励式护理干预在降低产妇剖宫产率中的护理作用。方法采用回顾性方法分析,随机选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的186例产妇的临床资料,随机将其分为对照组(90例,给予常规护理干预)与观察组(96例,给予激励式护理干预),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组剖宫产率为12.50%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=19.541,P=0.002〈0.05);且观察组护理满意度97.92%,高于对照组84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.685,P=0.029〈0.05)。结论产妇实施激励式护理干预可有效降低剖产率。
Objective To investigate the simulative nursing intervention to reduce the nursing role in maternal cesarean section rate. Methods A retrospective method to analyze, randomly selected 186 cases of maternal clinical data from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into control group(90 cases, given routine nursing intervention) and observation group(96 cases, given simulative nursing intervention), compared nursing effect of two groups. Results Observation group cesarean delivery rate was 12.50%, 23.33% lower than the control group, the difference statistically significant(χ~2=19.541, P=0.0020.05), Nursing satisfaction and group 97.92%, 84.44% higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=14.685, P=0.0290.05). Conclusion Implement incentive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the effective yield.
