摘要
应用软件模拟某型电控单体泵柴油机的工作过程,研究因引入废气再循环(EGR)后进气歧管结构的改变对各缸EGR率差异的影响,找出EGR混合长度对各缸EGR率的影响规律,并结合喷油提前角的修正改善各缸排放的不均匀性。结果表明:适当地延长EGR混合长度能使各缸的EGR率差异减小,结合喷油提前角的修正能使各缸的排放更均匀,工作过程更平稳。
The working process of a certain type of electronic unit pump diesel engine was simulated,to study the influence of the change of intake manifold structure by the introduction of exhaust gas recirulation(EGR)on the emission inhomogeneity of cylinders,and the influence law of the EGR mixing length on each cylinder EGR rate was found out.And correct sub-cylinder fuel injection timing could improve the inhomogeneity of emission.The results show that an appropriate extension of the mixing length of EGR will make each cylinder's EGR rate fluctuations significantly reduced,combined with sub-cylinder injection timing correction,will make the working process more stable.
