摘要
以某高速列车中间车车体为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立其有限元模型,在EN12663标准的基础上,对其进行刚度及静强度计算分析。计算结果表明:在计算工况下,车体垂向最大变形为6.87mm,最大当量应力为214.418 MPa;最大当量应力位置出现在车门门角处,小于材料的屈服强度,满足车体的刚度及静强度要求。
Taking a high-speed train middle car-body as the research object,a finite element model is established in ANSYS.According to the standard EN12663,the stiffness and static strength of the model is calculated and analyzed.The calculation results show that the maximum vertical deformation of middle-car body is 6.87mm;the maximum equivalent stress is 214.418 MPa.The maximum equivalent stress locates in the corner of the door,which is less than the yield limit of material,and satisfies the requirements of the middle-car body stiffness and static strength.
