摘要 本文从心脏二尖瓣多层螺旋CT研究方法、正常解剖的螺旋CT表现、二尖瓣血流动力特征及心肌改变、二尖瓣膜病螺旋CT表现四个方面分析了心脏二尖瓣病变螺旋CT的诊断价值,并简要介绍了MDCT/EBCT、MRI与US技术在心脏二尖瓣病变诊断方面的优缺点及展望。 This paper analyzed the clinical value of the multi-slice computed tomography in the diagnosis of heart mitral valve diseases in four aspects: the research method of multi-slice CT in heart mitral valve diseases, the manifestations of multi-slice CT in the normal anatomy, the characteristics of hemodynamics and myocardial changes in mitral valve diseases, and the manifestations of multi-slice CT in mitral valve diseases. The paper also briefly introduced the pros and cons as well as the development prospect of the application of multi-detector computed tomography/electron-beam computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mitral valve diseases.
