非对称容积控制技术应用于单螺杆制冷压缩机的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 单螺杆式压缩机由一个主转子及两侧与其相啮合的星轮片组成。这种结构布置形成了两个独立的压缩过程,各提供50%的排气量。目前设计的单螺杆式压缩机大多采用两个星轮对称容积调节控制,可以实现负载25%~100%无级调节。本文对非对称式容积控制技术在单螺杆压缩机的运用进行阐述,通过采用两个星轮独立控制的方法可以实现更高的部分负荷能效。 Single screw compressor is composed of one screw rotor and two gate rotors which are joggled on the two sides of the screw rotor. This structure has two separate compression processes, and each one provides 50% of the volume. Currently most of the designed single screw compressors adopt two gate rotors for the symmetric volume adjustment, which realizing the stepless adjustment of the load from 25% to 100%. The asymmetric volume control technology used for the single screw compressor was introduced, and the higher part load efficiency can be obtained by adopting the method of separately controlling the two gate rotors.
