摘要
通过构建钢丝编织机主传动系统的的虚拟仿真系统,提高胶管钢丝编织机主传动系统的设计效率。基于SolidWorks平台,建立钢丝编织机主传动系统的三维模型,通过Motion进行运动仿真,获取齿轮的转速曲线,并通过Simulation进行有限元分析,得到钢丝编织机的运动特性,从而优化主传动系统。
In order to enhance the design efficiency of transmission system of steel wire braider for rubber hose,a virtual simulation system on main transmission system for the steel wire braider was built.The 3D model of main transmission system for steel wire braider was established using Solid Works and the motion was simulated by software Motion. The speed curve for a gear was acquired and analyzed by finite element analysis software Simulation in order to acquire the motion characteristics of steel wire braider. Then the main transmission system was optimized.
