摘要
本文探讨了德系西门塔尔牛在散栏式奶牛场与荷斯坦牛杂交利用的效果。结果显示,西荷F_1牛乳脂率显著高于荷斯坦牛;乳蛋白率极显著高于荷斯坦牛;产奶量、乳中体细胞数低于荷斯坦牛,但差异不显著。10~12月分娩的西荷F_1牛产后空怀期88d,比荷斯坦牛(产后空怀期104.2d)缩短了16.2d。西荷F_1牛12月龄、24月龄体高略低于荷斯坦牛,36月龄体高显著低于荷斯坦牛;12月龄、24月龄、36月龄体长、胸围、体重均大于荷斯坦牛,但差异不显著。德系西门塔尔牛与荷斯坦牛杂交利用在散栏式奶牛场值得推广。
This study was conducted to investigate crossbreeding of German Simmental with Holstein in free stall feeding farm. The results indicated that, the milk fat and protein percentages in F_1 hybrids were both significantly higher than in Holstein, the milk production and somatic cells counts in F_1 hybrids were both lower(not significantly) than in Holstein. From October to December, the postpartum non-pregnant period in F_1 hybrids(88d) was less than in Holstein(104d). The body height of F_1 hybrids in 12 m and 24 m were both lower than in Holstein, and the body height of F_1 hybrids in 36 m was significantly lower than in Holstein. The body length, chest circumference and body weight of F_1 hybrids in 12 m, 24 m and 36 m were all higher(not significantly) than in Holstein. The crossbreeding of German Simmental and Holstein in free stall feeding farms should be promoted.
