浅覆土下穿铁路大跨度箱涵顶进方案优化 被引量:2

摘要 以丰城市物华路下穿沪昆铁路立交工程为背景,采用MIDAS-GTS有限元软件,建立实体三维模型,对盾构法顶进箱涵施工方案进行研究。结果表明当每循环箱涵顶进进尺为0.5 m左右时,有利于控制箱涵上部土体沉降位移;当液压千斤顶采用左右各14台、间距1 m对称布置时,涵顶覆土所受干扰小,沉降位移小,有利于顶涵工作安全可靠进行。 The construction project of the underpass railway of Shanghai-Kunming Railway in Wuhua Road,Fengcheng City is employed as the construction background. With MIDAS-GTS finite element software,we construct a 3-D numerical model to study the jacking box culvert of shield method. The results show that when the jacking footage of every digging is 0. 5 m,it is beneficial to control the soil settlement of casing soil on the top of the box culvert; that when the hydraulic double-action jacks adopt 14 bilateral symmetrical distribution with 1m apart,the soil on the top of box culvert with small interference and settlements,it is good for the box culvert jacking to work safely and reliably.
