摘要
在深入认识创新型人才的基本素质,以及高校科研团队特征与作用的基础上,阐述目前高校科研团队在创新型人才培养中存在的问题,从倡导崇尚创新的价值观,张扬创新型人才的个性发展,建立开放与灵活的人才准入机制,完善能体现创新型人才自身价值的激励机制,营造有利于创新型人才发展的良好环境,健全有益于团队建设的制度保障体系6个方面提出了高校科研团队创新型人才培养的实施建议。
Based on the basic quality of innovative talent and the characteristics of university research-oriented teams,this paper states the existing problems in cultivation of innovative talent.Then,six paths are suggested to improve innovative talent cultivation such as advocating innovation-oriented value,encouraging personality development,establishing open and flexible innovative access mechanism,enhancing incentive system to respect innovative talent's value,creating helpful environment to facilitate innovative talent's development,and setting up institutional guarantee system to support team construction.
