原发性肝腺鳞癌一例

摘要 患者女,农民,73岁,因＂厌食1年＂于2014年7月4号入院,患者1年前无明显诱因出现厌食,伴全身乏力,无腹痛腹胀,无恶心呕吐,否认肝炎病史.入院查体：神志清,生命体征无异常,体温37℃,全身皮肤巩膜无黄染,腹软,肝脾肋下未触及,右上腹压痛,无反跳 不均匀强化痛,心肺未见异常.实验室检查：血常规：红细胞：3.5×10^（12）/L,血小板148×10^9/L,白细胞16.74×10^9/L,血红蛋白102 g/L,中性粒细胞百分数0.871.
