共振瑞利散射光谱法测定格列本脲

摘要 目的:建立测定痕量格列本脲(GLB)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)光谱法。方法:在pH为3.5的HAC-NaAc缓冲体系中,GLB与曙红Y(EY)形成离子缔合物,会引起RRS光谱的明显改变。结果:最大散射波长位于312nm。散射信号的增强(ΔI_(RRS))与GLB的质量浓度在0.1~2.5mg/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为25μg/L。方法应用于片剂中GLB的测定,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.9%。结论:RRS法简便、快速、准确,可用于GLB的定量测定。 Objective:To develop a resonance Reyleigh scattering(RRS)method for the determination of trace Glibenclamid(GLB).Methods:In pH3.5HAC-NaAc buffer solution,GLB reacted with Eosin Y to form anion-association complexes.As a result,the intensitie of resonance Rayleigh scattering was enhanced greatly and the new scattering spectra displayed.Results:The maximum RRS wavelength at 312 nm.The linear relationship was found between the increases of the scattering intensity(ΔI_(RRS))and the mass concentration of GLB in the range of 0.1~2.5mg/mL with detection limits(3σ)of 25μg/L.The method was applied to determine GLB in tablets,giving the RSD(n=5)of 1.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and applied to the determination of trace amount of NVB in tablets with satisfactory results.
