摘要
根据陕西北元化工集团有限公司干法乙炔和湿法乙炔装置并存的特点,将干法乙炔装置的上清液作为湿法乙炔装置的发生用水,避免了干法乙炔装置直接回用上清液造成的喷头或管道结垢堵塞,实现了两套装置的用水平衡。
According to the characteristics of the coexistence of dry-process and wet-process acety- lene devices of Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. , the supernatant formed in dry- process acetylene device was used as generation water for wet-process acetylene device. Thus, the scaling blockage of sprinklers or pipes caused by directly reusing supernatant in dry-process acetylene device was a- voided. The water balance between the two devices was achieved.
