摘要
壳聚糖纤维存在纺丝过程连续性不好,力学性能差等缺点,影响其使用性能。而通过PVA和壳聚糖共混制备纤维的方法,对壳聚糖纤维的改性是可行且比较有效的改性方式。文章介绍了近年来关于壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维及改性方面的研究和进展。壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维的成型方式主要有湿法纺丝和静电纺丝两种,对两种不同方法制备的壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维的性质及共混纤维的改性研究进行了综述。壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维的应用主要体现在对金属离子的吸附和在生物医学方面,最后对壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维在未来的应用提出展望。
Chitosan fiber has such defects as bad continuity in spinning process and relatively poor mechanical property which influence its usability. Modification of chitosan fiber through blending PVA and chitosan is a feasible and effective way. This paper introduces the research and progress about chitosan / PVA blend fiber and its modification in recent years. The forming modes of chitosan / PVA blend fiber mainly include wet spinning and electrospinning. This paper sums up the property and the modification of chitosan / PVA blend fibers prepared with the two different methods. Chitosan / PVA blend fiber is mainly applied in absorption of metal ions and biomedicine.Finally,this paper proposes the prospect of chitosan / PVA blend fiber.
