CD-DST技术在结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的个体化应用 被引量:3

The Individual application of CD-DST technology in adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for colorectal cancer

摘要 目的探讨胶原凝胶滴包埋肿瘤细胞培养法化疗药物敏感性检测技术(CD-DST)对结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的指导作用及临床应用可行性。方法将30例结直肠癌患者的新鲜手术标本分别对5-氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂、伊立替康3种化疗药物进行CD-DST检测,观察检测成功率、药物敏感性差异。以CD-DST检测结果为指导治疗的患者28例作为实验组,未行CD-DST检测以传统经验治疗的30例患者作为对照组,研究检测结果与临床疗效的一致性,比较2组患者术后1年的无进展生存期(PFS)。结果 (1)检测成功率为93.3%(28/30)。三种化疗药物的敏感率分别为(35.7%,35.7%,28.6%)(2)实验组和对照组1年的无进展生存期[(92.9%(1/28)vs 83.3%(5/30)]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD-DST技术对结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的方案选择具有一定的临床指导价值。 Objective To investigate the guiding role and the feasibility of collagen gel droplet-embedded culture drug-sensitivity test(CD-DST)in adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for colorectal cancer.Methods The surgeryspecimens of thirty patients with colorectal cancer were carried out the CD-DST test for 5-FU,oxaliplatin and irinotecan.twenty-eight patients were included in pilot group receiving chemotherapy guided by the result of CD-DST test,and thirty patients received traditional chemotherapy for colorectal cancer were in control group.The postoperative and oneyear survival rate were compared between the two groups Results(1)The CD-DST test was success in twenty-eight of thirty patients(93.3%),and sensitivity rate of three drugs was respectively 35.7%,35.7% and 28.6%.(2)The progression free survival in pilot and control group was respectively 92.9%(1/28)and 83.3%(5/30)(P〈0.05).Conclusion CD-DST technology has a certain value in applying valid chemotherapy in colorectal caner.
