DSA引导下经皮肝穿刺胆管引流(PTCD)及胆管支架置入术的临床护理体会被引量：2

摘要目的总结数字减影血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA)引导下经皮肝穿刺胆管引流(Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangial Drainage,PTCD)及胆管支架置入术的护理策略。方法以我院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的接受DSA引导下PTCD及胆管支架置入术治疗的9例患者为研究对象,观察其治疗情况,总结围术期护理体会。结果 9例患者胆管支架置入均成功,术后未见护理医疗不良事件发生,术后其临床症状体征均消失,术后1周血清胆红素显著下降。结论完善术前、术中、术后各个环节的护理,是保证手术顺利开展、降低并发症风险、提高医疗质量的关键。
