台灯灯罩注射模设计

摘要 通过对塑件结构特点、技术要求和生产批量分析,塑件的侧面圆柱孔采用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构,模具结构为1模4腔两板模。分型面选在塑件两通孔横向中分线,确保开模时塑件留在动模上。利用推杆推出使塑件顺利脱模而又不影响塑件表面质量。应用Pro/E技术现代模具设计方法,对模具的分型面和成型零件进行了计算机辅助设计。 Through analyzing the structure characteristics of the plastic part, technicalrequirements and batch production, The cylinder holes of the plastic part side by using a sideparting core-pulling mechanism with slanted guide pillar, and the die structure are with twoplate mould with four cavities. The parting surface is chosen the transverse center line of two viaholes in the plastic part, which ensure the plastic part to stay moving half when die is opening.The stripping mechanism using push rod can demould smoothly and not affect products surfacequality. The parting surface and forming parts of the injection mold is made by computer aideddesign, which applied modern die design method based on Pro/E technology.
