摘要
综合体育馆工程一层的设计中,顶梁板采用型钢混凝土结构,但受现场施工条件限制,型钢梁无法采用传统安装方案,只能分段制作运输至施工现场。本文介绍的方案中研究了将这些型钢吊运至超高大模板支撑平台,再滑移至安装位置后组装成整体,采用手拉倒链起吊安装就位的可行性。经专家论证,方案可行,已在项目中实施,成效优异。
General gymnasium engineering design layer, the top slab using steel reinforced concrete structure, but is limited on-site construction conditions, steel beam can not use the traditional installation program, only block production transported to the construction site.This paper describes the research program of the lifting of these steel to ultra-large formwork support platform, and then slide to move to the installation position after assembled into a whole, the feasibility of hand chain hoists leave in place.By experts, is feasible, has been implemented in the project, outstanding results.
