摘要
为了更好地了解和掌握航空发动机固有的振动特性,运用三维建模软件Catia对某型航空发动机双转子系统进行三维实体建模,并将其导入到ANSYS Workbench中对该模型进行模态分析。提取了前6阶固有频率和振型,并对仿真结果进行了分析。研究可为该型航空发动机的优化运行及其双转子结构优化设计提供参考和依据。
In order to better understand and grasp the aircraft engine inherent vibration characteristics,using Catia and ANSYS Workbench software for a certain type of double rotor Aero- engine rotor system modeling and modal analysis,extract the former six order natural frequency and vibration mode,and the calculation result is analyzed,at the same time with the working speed of the engine itself,the conclusion is: within the engine rotor in working rotational speed has enough safety margin,resonance phenomenon will not occur.
