摘要
本文设计了铬钼铜合金灰铸铁气缸套的生产工艺方案,包括化学成分选择、铸造工艺设计和热处理工艺方案制定。对生产出的毛坯进行了金相组织分析、硬度及抗拉强度等力学性能测定。结果表明,按照所设计的铸造工艺及550℃保温3 h的退火处理工艺生产出来毛坯的组织和力学性能符合预期生产要求。
The casting process scheme of Cr-Mo-Cu alloy gray cast iron was designed, including chemical composition,casting process and heat treatment process. The microstructure of the blank semifinished product was analyzed, and the hardness and the tensile strength were also determined. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the blank semifinished product can meet the requirements of the production according to the designed casting process and annealing process at 550℃ for 3 hours.
