摘要
现代意义上的学生指导制度源于20世纪初期的美国,并逐步发展为与教学、管理并重的现代学校三大职能之一。美国学生指导教师呈现出高素质、专业化的特点:学生指导教师地位较高,待遇良好;指导教师由美国学校指导教师协会与各大高校联合培养;指导教师资格证书的获得经由严格的认证程序;学生指导教师面向全体中小学生配备;学生指导教师受到《学校指导教师道德标准》(ASCA)的约束等。研究美国学生指导教师的培养与任用体系,可为我国学生指导制度的发展提供可行性思路。
The modern school counseling system stems from western countries in the end of the 19 th century.School counseling becomes the one of three functions in school,equaling to the teaching and management.There are some reasons about why American school counselors express high-quality and specialization.For example,the school counselors are entitled to high position and nice treatment;the school counselors are cultiveted by"American School Counselor Association"and"Colleges and Universities";the procedure of obtaning the teachers'certification is very strict;the school counselors serve for all the primary and secondary school students;the school counselors are morally restrained by Ethical Standards for School Counselors;and so on.The cultivation and appointment system of school counselors in the U.S.can shed light on school counseling in China.
