摘要
切割天井施工是切割槽爆破的一道重要工序,施工难度大,作业环境差,一直是矿山生产的难题。李楼铁矿采用分段凿岩阶段矿房法采矿,切割天井工程量大,施工工艺复杂。研究对比了矿山原采用的移动式升降平台法掘进工艺和引进的深孔爆破一次成井新工艺,通过现场试验,综合分析比较两种方法的优缺点、经济技术指标及现场试验效果,确定深孔爆破一次成井方案作为矿山切割天井施工的备选方法,可在全矿推广应用。
Cutting patio construction is an important process in formation cutting grooves,the construction is difficult,and the working environment is poor,which has been a problem of mine production.Lilou Iron Mine adopts sublevel drilling stage stope mining method,which with large quantity of the cutting patio,and complex construction technology.Compared the mobile lifting platform method and the one time deep hole raise blasting new technology,through the field test,comprehensive analysis and compared with the advantages and disadvantages,economic technology index and field test results of the two methods,determined one time deep hole raise blasting as alternative methods for cutting patio construction and can be popularized in the whole mine.
