摘要
磷酸肌酸钠是一种重要的能量供应物质,参与细胞的能量代谢过程,保持高能磷酸化合物水平是避免和减少心肌损伤的基础。该文从磷酸肌酸钠对心脏直接供能、对心脏钠离子通道的影响、对线粒体的保护、改善心功能、提高治疗效果及外源性补充磷酸肌酸钠对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后的心肌保护作用,进而说明了磷酸肌酸钠用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)介入治疗术后对心肌保护作用的研究现状与进展。
Phosphate sodium is an important matter for energy supply,involved in cell energy metabolic processes,and keeping the level of high-energy phosphate compounds is the basis to prevent and reduce myocardial injury. Here is to make a review of sodium phosphate direct energy supply for heart muscle,its impact on cardiac sodium ion channels,mitochondrial protection,improving heart function,improving treatment and myocardial protection of supplementary exogenous creatine phosphate sodium after percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI),and elucidate the current research status and progress in the myocardial protective effects of phosphate sodium after interventional treatment for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
