摘要
红肉桃果肉颜色鲜艳,富含酚类物质和花色苷,抗氧化能力强,营养与保健价值高,成为目前研究热点之一。利用先进的分子标记技术辅助育种是加快红肉桃育种进程的重要手段,而构建高密度的遗传连锁图谱是红肉桃性状快速、定向改良的前提。对近年来国内外桃分子遗传图谱构建及红肉性状基因定位的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议,旨在为红肉桃品质改良和分子育种提供参考依据。
Phenolic compound and anthocyanin-enriched blood-flesh peach was proved to have high antioxidant capacity which can satisfy the nutrition and health benefits needs from consumers. At present, the main peach cultivations are landraces. So it become to an important topic that breeding more high-quality, variety structure, varieties update rate of peach varieties. The main trend in peach breeding is marker-assisted breeding, now. Construction of high-density genetic linkage map could provide technical information for improving the important agronomic traits in peach. Advances in the construction of molecular genet ic map and mapping of blood-fresh trait in peach in recent years were reviewed. Suggestions on the coming studies were also given, the authors aiming to providing references for the identification of germplasm resources and the breeding of fine new cultivars.
