摘要
种植修复在临床的应用越来越广泛。种植体植入后,种植体周围是否有足够的骨组织支撑及其与骨的结合强度是影响种植成功的关键因素。种植体稳定性是判断是否形成骨结合及选择种植体负荷时机的重要指标。本文对种植体与骨结合强度的生物力学测量方法及评价指标作一综述。
Dental implants become more and more popularly used in clinic. Adequate bone support and bonding strength between the implant and bone are the key factors to a successful implantation. The initial stability is one of the important indexes to determine the condition of the bone-implant bonding interface, and to determine the loading time.Biomechanical methods for evaluating the bone-implant bonding strength were summarized in this paper.
