摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,新建地方本科院校已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分,但是其在人才培养方面又面临着诸多问题。本文分析了新建地方本科院校人才培养方面所面临的各类问题,并结合榆林学院的转型发展提出了一些解决的途径和思路。
With the development of higher education in China, the newly-founded Local Regular Universities have become an important part of higher education, but it is also faced with many problems in the cultivation of talents. This paper analyzes the problems faced by the newly-founded Local Regular Universities in the cultivation of talents, and puts forward some methods and ideas to solve the problems combined with the transformation and development of Yulin University.
