摘要
目的分析外科手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床效果,为胃肠肿瘤的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2012年10月至2013年10月本院收治的行外科手术治疗的80例胃肠肿瘤患者的临床资料。根据患者肿瘤直径、形态以及良/恶性程度,结合患者年龄、身体状况等采取不同的治疗方案,并分析手术治疗效果。结果 80例患者痊愈率为65.0%,死亡率为17.5%,复发率为17.5%。结论胃肠肿瘤患者的临床表现无明显特征,术前正确诊断的难度较大。外科手术与术后正确的治疗方式结合是治疗胃肠肿瘤的有效方案。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical in the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms, and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms. MethodClinical data of 80 patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the tumor diameter, shape and benign/malignant degree, combined with the age, physical condition using different therapeutic regimen, analyzed the treatment effect of surgery. Result The cure rate of 80 cases was 65.0%, the mortality was 17.5%, the relapse rate was 17.5%. Conclusion The clinical features of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms are not obvious, and the preoperative diagnosis is difficult. The combination of surgery and postoperative correct treatment is an effective method in the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms.
