贵州省黔南、黔东南少数民族地区成人HUA与MS的流行现状及其关系

Prevalence of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome and their relationship among adults in Qiannan and Qiandongnan minority regions of Guizhou Province

摘要 目的了解贵州省黔南、黔东南地区HUA、MS的流行情况及其相互之间的关系,为该地区人群慢性病的防控提供科学依据。方法收集2014年1-12月在黔南、黔东南地区医院参加体检人员的一般信息、身体测量指标和生化测量指标,共计20 676例。结果 (1)黔南地区HUA总检出率为24.8%(男性为33.0%,女性为11.1%);MS总检出率为12.3%(男性为16.9%,女性为4.5%);黔东南地区HUA总检出率为28.0%(男性为38.3%,女性为10.5%);MS总检出率为12.1%(男性为16.0%,女性为5.5%),两地区男性HUA、MS的检出率均高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄分层分析显示,年龄对女性HUA、MS的检出率影响较大。(2)两地区男性除高血糖外,MS及其他组分的检出率在HUA组均高于SUA水平正常组(P<0.05),女性MS及其所有组分的检出率在HUA组均高于SUA水平正常组(P<0.05);Pearson积矩相关分析结果显示,SUA水平与HDL呈负相关,与BMI、收缩压、舒张压、TG、TC、LDL均呈正相关,而年龄、空腹血糖在男性中与SUA水平呈负相关,在女性中与SUA水平呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论贵州省黔南、黔东南地区HUA和MS的检出情况不容乐观,且HUA与MS组分中超重或肥胖、高血压和高TG密切相关。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia (HUA) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and their relationship among adults in Qiannan and Qiandongnan minority regions of Guizbou Province so as to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of chronic diseases among local people. Methods The general information and physical and biochemical indicators of 20,676 physical examinees in hospitals of Qiannan and Qiongdongnan regions, Guizhou Province during January and December in 2014 were collected. Results The total detection raters of HUA and MS in Qiannan region were 24.8 % (33.0 % for males and 11.1% for females) and 12.3 % (16.9 % for males and 4.5 % for females) respectively, while those in Qiongdongnan region were 28.0% (38.3% for males and 10.5% for females) and 12.1% (16.0% for males and 5.5% for females) respectively. The detection rates of HUA and MS in males of the two regions were both higher than those in females, with statistically significant differences (both P 〈 0.05). The agestratified analysis showed that age had a greater impact on the detection rates of HUA and MS in females. For the males of the two regions, the detection rates of MS, overweight or obesity, hypertension and high triglyceride in the HUA group were higher than those in the normal- SUA (serum uric acid) group (P 〈 0.05 ). For the females of the two regions, the detection rates of MS, hyperglycemia, overweight or obesity, hypertension and high triglyceride were all significantly higher in the HUA group( P〈 0.05 ). Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that SUA level was negatively correlated with HDL, but positively correlated with BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TG, TC and LDL( P 〈 0.05). Age and fasting blood glucose were negatively correlated with SUA level in males, but positively correlated with SUA level in females( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The prevalence of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome in Qiannan and Qiandongnan minority regions of Guizhou Province is not optimistic, and HUA is closely associated with overweight or obesity, hypertension and high triglyceride.
