超声冲洗技术应用于活髓牙一次性根管治疗术的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察超声冲洗技术应用于活髓牙一次性根管治疗术的效果。方法 2014年7月~2015年8月筛选一次性根管治疗患者160例患者160颗患牙,均为根尖周炎和牙髓炎,将需一次性根管治疗的160例患者160颗患牙按就诊次序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例患者,对照组采用常规冲洗方法冲洗根管,观察组在常规根管冲洗后再进行根管超声冲洗,比较两组的治疗效果及疼痛情况。结果术后观察组2例X线检查根尖周出现透射区,成功率达97.5%,对照组16例不能行使正常咀嚼功能,成功率达80.0%,两组治疗后的成功率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后1周复诊患牙,观察组治疗后无痛率达50.0%,对照组的无痛率达30.0%,两组患者术后无痛率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组患者的疼痛程度轻于对照组,两组疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论超声冲洗技术应用于活髓牙一次性根管治疗术效果确切,可以减轻患者的疼痛程度, Objective To observe the effect of ultrasonic irrigation technique in treatment of the disposable root canal of the living pulp. Methods From July 2014 and August 2015, selected screening of one-time root canal treatment of160 patients 160 teeth teeth, were both periapical and pulpitis, according to the visiting sequence were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 80 cases in each group, control group was treated with conventional flushing method for root canal irrigation, observation group was treated with the root canal ultrasonic irrigation after conventional root canal irrigation, the curative effect and pain were compared between two groups. Results 2 cases Xray periapical appeared transmissive region in observation group, the success rate was 97.5% in observation group, 16 cases were unable to exercise the normal masticatory function in control group, the success rate was 80.0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant in success rate(P〈0.05). After 1 week visiting, the painless rate in the observation group was 50.0%, the control group was 30.0%, the difference was significant between two groups(P〈0.05),observation group of patients was lighter pain than the control group in pain degree, with statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonic irrigation technology in the treatment of a one-time root canal treatment can reduce the pain of patients, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
