摘要
目的探讨脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤在CT、MRI检查中的具体表现。方法 13例脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤患者均接受CT、MRI影像学检查,指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的影像学检查医师完成相关操作。结果 13例患者病灶均位于侧脑室透明隔区,梗阻性脑积水(不同程度)发生率100.00%,其中右侧侧脑室6例、左侧侧脑室7例;术前经CT、MRI联合检查可知误诊率(15.38%)与诊断正确率(84.62%)(P<0.05)。结论临床医生应准确掌握CT、MRI检查脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤相关特征,对疑似病例积极给予各项检查确诊病情,有利于患者获得及时救治保障其临床疗效。
Objective Discussion intraventricular tumor cell specific expression in the central nervous CT,MRI examination. Methods Three cases of intraventricular tumor cells from patients with central nervous system underwent CT,MRI imaging,imaging designated physician with expertise and experience to complete the related operations. Results 13 patients the lesions were located in the lateral ventricle septum pellucidum area（to varying degrees）the incidence of obstructive hydrocephalus 100.00%,which 6 cases the right side of the lateral ventricle,the left ventricle seven cases,preoperative CT,MRI Joint Inspection seen misdiagnosis rate（15.38%）and the diagnostic accuracy rate（84.62%）,（P〈0.05）. ConclusionClinicians should accurately grasp CT,MRI examination of brain tumor cells in the central nervous system-related features indoor,given the positive suspected cases diagnosed disease,help patients get timely treatment to ensure their clinical efficacy.
