摘要
目的观察预注甲氧明对防治剖宫产产妇腰硬联合麻醉术中低血压的效果。方法随机将50例行剖宫产术产妇平均分为两组,观察组预注甲氧明,对照组无预防措施。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组低血压发生率、各阶段血压等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行剖宫产腰-硬联合麻醉术时预注甲氧明可有效降低低血压发生率。
Objective To discuss the effect of pre-injection methoxamine on hypotension in patients with cesarean section combined spinal epidural anesthesia. Methods We divided 50 patients into two groups,observation group was given methoxamine,and control group had no preventive measures. Efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of hypotension,blood pressure in each stage of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of pre-injection methoxamine for cesarean section is ideal.
