摘要
目的观察分析对无痛胃镜检查高龄患者实施术后复苏护理的临床效果。方法选取我院自2013年6月~2015年12月接受静脉麻醉下胃镜检查的高龄（≥80岁）患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用术后复苏护理干预措施,观察比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率为16.0%,低于对照组的44.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对高领无痛胃镜检查术后患者实施复苏护理措施,可以降低术后不良反应发生率。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of postoperative recovery nursing for elderly patients with painless gastroscopy. Methods Selected in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2015 received intravenous anesthesia under gastroscopy of age is more than or equal to 80 years old patients with 100 cases,were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing mining with postoperative recovery nursing intervention measures,to observe the adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16%,significantly lower than that of the control group（44%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high necked painless gastroscopy patients after implementation of recovery nursing measures can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
