摘要
目的:本文探讨体膜、头颈肩膜和新型颈胸模三种不同固定方式对颈胸段肿瘤患者摆位精度的影响以及新型颈胸模的实用性。方法:选取我院2014.04.01至2015.04.01收治的颈胸段肿瘤患者60例,随机分为三组,分别采用体膜、头颈肩膜、颈胸膜进行固定,其它放射治疗准备工作按统一标准执行,利用ELEKTA Synergy加速器机载CBCT进行扫描,同时使用XVI软件以灰度值为标准匹配患者CBCT图像与定位CT图像,验证摆位误差同时记下摆位时间。每例患者每周验证2次,60例患者共验证492次,统计三组患者在左右、头脚、腹背方向上的误差大小。结果:颈胸膜组的平均摆位误差明显低于体膜组和头颈肩膜组(P<0.05),且相对于体膜组,颈胸膜组患者的摆位更快捷方便、用时更短、摆位效率更高。结论:对于颈胸段肿瘤患者,推荐使用新型颈胸膜进行体位固定。
Objective:To explore the effects of positioning accuracy by the three different fixing ways.Methods:Selecting 60 patients with cervical-thoracic tumor and dividing into three groups,each group use the different membrane.Using the ELEKTA Synergy accelerator airborne CBCT to scan,than matching CBCT images with CT images by the XVI software on the basis of grey value,finally got the positioning error value,at the same time writing down the time of positioning.Each patient verified twice a week,total of 60 patients verified 492 times.Results:The cervico-thoracic membrane group'positioning error value was obviously lower than the head-neck and thorax membrane group,excepted,using cervico-thoracic membrane to fix is more quick and convenient.Conclusion:For the patients with cervical-thoracic tumor,using the new type cervico-thoracic membrane to fix is recommended.
