摘要
目的:检测HER-2、E-cad在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,评价其表达水平与各项临床病理特征的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测113例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中HER-2/neu,E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果:HER-2表达水平与性别、大小、多灶性、年龄、组织学类型、是否浸润包膜外差别无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、高的疾病临床分期有相关(P<0.05)。E-cad表达水平与性别、组织分型、大小、是否多灶性无相关,而低表达或阴性表达与年龄、甲状腺外浸润、淋巴结转移、肿瘤临床分期有相关。结论:检测HER-2、E-cad表达水平与多项高危临床病理特征指标相关,提示其可能作为甲状腺乳头状癌预后相关因素之一,为预后判断提供依据。
Objective：To detect the expression of HER-2/neu,E-cadherin protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）and evaluate the relationship between the expression levels and each clinicopathological feature.Methods：Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of HER-2/neu,E-cadherin protein in 113 cases of PTC.Results：The difference between the expression level of HER-2protein and every clinical characteristic such as sex,tumor size,multi-loci,age,histochemistry type and invasion outside capsule or not was not statistically significant（P0.05）.But the difference between the expression level of HER-2protein and lymph node metastasis,high clinical stage was statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference between the expression level of E-cadherin protein and sex,histochemistry type,tumor size and multi-loci was not statistically significant（P0.05）.But the difference between the low or negative expression level of E-cadherin protein and age,invasion outside thyroid,lymph node metastasis,tumor clinical stage was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression level of HER-2/neu,E-cadherin protein in PTC is related with some clinicopathological characteristics with high risk.They may act as the relative factors of prognosis prediction of PTC and be regarded as the basis for the prognosis judgement.
