摘要
由于碳化硅微粉具有许多优良的理化性质,被越来越多的运用到太阳能晶硅线切切割刃料、抛光砂轮等磨削领域以及用在工业陶瓷、航天等非磨削领域。但碳化硅微粉中的碳、铁杂质会影响其理化性质,从而限制了其使用范围。本文从物理、化学等方面分别陈述近几年碳化硅微粉除铁除碳的工艺研究进展,最后对碳化硅微粉的除杂提纯研究现状进行评述。
The excellent physical and chemical properties,silicon carbide powder has been used more and more in the field of solar energy crystalline silicon wire cutting,grinding wheel,grinding and industrial ceramics,aerospace and other non-grinding areas. However,the carbon and iron impurities in silicon carbide powder can affect physicochemical properties,which limit its use. The progress of the research on the process of removing carbon from silicon carbide powder in recent years,such as physical,chemical,were discussed,the research status of the impurity purification of silicon carbide powder was reviewed.
