摘要
通过对移动罐车常见泄漏事故应急处置与环境防治方案的研究,分析了导致罐车泄漏事故发生的多种影响因素,提出来了多种针对罐车泄漏的新型应急堵漏技术方法与设备,针对不同泄漏介质的理化性质提出了多种污染防治的环境无害化处理方案,能够有效地应急处理常见罐车泄漏事故并降低泄漏事故发生所带来的多种环境影响,为罐车泄漏事故的处理提供了有价值的参考。
Based on the researches of disposal programs of common mobile tanker leakage accidents,many affecting factors of leakage accidents and proposes several new emergency plugging technologies and equipments were analyzed,different harmless treatment methods about different Leakage pollutions when leakage accidents occurred were also analyzed. These solutions were conducive to the treatment of tanker leakage accidents and the reduction of leakage pollution impacts by providing the management references for mobile tanker leakage.
