摘要
采用高压六面顶压机对AZ91D镁合金进行热处理。使用X射线衍射仪、金相电镜、场发射扫描电镜研究热处理压力对AZ91D镁合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,高压热处理后的镁合金的仍由基体α-Mg和β-Mg17Al12相组成,但高压热处理后β-Mg17Al12相的形态和分布发生了明显变化。随着压力的增大,β-Mg17Al12相析出量减少,Al原子在基体中的固溶度增加。此外,高压热处理可细化晶粒,压力为2 GPa时效果最佳。
AZ91D magnesium alloys were heat treated by hexahedral anvil at high pressure. Effect of heat treatment pressure on microstructure of AZ91 D magnesium alloy was studied by X-Ray diffraction,optical microscope and field emission scanning electron microscope. The results show that AZ91 D magnesium alloys after high pressure heat treatment mainly consists of α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12,however,the morphology and distribution of β-Mg17Al12 has changed. With the pressure increasing,the amount of β-Mg17Al12 phase decreases,and a large number of Al atoms dissolves into α-Mg. Moreover,high pressure heat treatment can refine grain. The best effect is obtained under 2 GPa.
