摘要
利用DIL805A膨胀仪测定了ER70S-G钢的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,并结合金相-硬度法确定过冷奥氏体在不同冷却速率下的组织转变。结果表明,ER70S-G钢连续冷却过程中,冷速在0.1~0.6℃/s范围内时,组织为铁素体+珠光体;冷速为0.8℃/s时,组织为铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体;冷速在1~20.0℃/s范围内时,组织为铁素体+贝氏体。
Continuous cooling transformation curves of ER70S-G steel were measured by DIL805 A dilatometer. Microstructure evolution of the tested steel at different cooling rates was confirmed by use of metallographic microscopy and microhardness tester. The results show that during continuous cooling process the microstructure is ferrite + pearlite with the cooling range from 0. 1 ℃/s to 0. 6 ℃/s; when the cooling rate is 0. 8 ℃/s,the microstructure is ferrite + pearlite + bainite,the microstructure is ferrite + bainite with the cooling rate from 1 ℃/s to 20. 0 ℃/s.
